The question of the missing turquoise has been resolved.  I have information that the 2 buckets of turquoise are still at the Bagwell’s and Mr. Richard Anderson can have them back since they were not used for the children as was the reason for the donation.  Problem; Mr. Anderson is not permitted on the Bagwell’s land per Klieta Bagwell so perhaps they will deliver the stones to Mr. Anderson.

I have been told the reason Richard Anderson and Steve Bison are not welcome on the Bagwell’s land e.g Cherokee River Indian Community is that Klieta is afraid of them.  Steve Bison and Richard Anderson have never harmed anyone at Cherokee River Indian Community but there have been assaults and threats against Mr. Bison and a battery upon his wife by members of the community.

At the time we chose not to file charges for the good of the community but now is time for the truth to come out and we are both willing to go to court over this if necessary.

There is much more that can be told but we will hope things bet better and not worse. 

There are four blood brothers Richard Anderson, Ernie Walters, Marvin (horse) and myself Steven Bison who dearly love Gene Bagwell and we all miss his council and friendship.
