The Council of Cherokee River Indian community has

Decided it would be in the best intrest of the 4 year old

Raven laws to let the state of Arizona decide what is

Best for her welfare and not the Indian community.

Raven is now missing

· According to a letter I have in my possession dated May 2, 2007 from Thompson and Associates Attorneys at law and signed by H. Jerome Thompson, Jerome refers to the actions of the Court Clerk, the sworn tribal judge and members of our community as RENAGADE ACTIONS.  In my experience the word renegade as it relates to Indians is a racial slur and the dictionary describes the word as referring to being “separated from God”. I  take great offense to an attorney hired to represent Cherokee River Indian Community to use such racial slurs and still expect to be paid by the council.

· Contrary to the Constitution of the Cherokee Rive Indian Community there was an election for new council and a new council was elected before elections were authorized by the by-laws of Cherokee River Indian Community.
